What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Our check in time is 2pm. If you wish to organise an earlier check in, this is subject to availability and can be organised by contacting us.
Our check out time is 10am. The latest check out we offer is 12pm, which may incur an extra fee. Please advise reception upon check in if you wish to leave later than 10am.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, our motel is open 24 hours a day. We do advise you let us know of your estimated time of arrival. 

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all our rooms are non-smoking. 

I am unable to use stairs, is there a lift in your motel?

Yes, there is lift access to all levels of our Motel. 

Do you have room service?

We only offer room service for Breakfast, which must be ordered the day before. 

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, it is free to use for our guests during their stay. 

Do you have parking?

Yes, parking is complimentary for our guests. Please register your vehicle for a parking pass when check in. 

Do you provide parking for trucks, buses and coaches?

Yes, parking is available for trucks, buses and coaches.

Do you have weekly rates available?

Yes we do, please enquire with reservation staff.

Does the motel hire motel rooms during the day for day use?

Yes we do, please enquire with reception staff for details.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations for individual rooms must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before, will be charged the full amount of the first night’s accommodation. Cancellation periods for group bookings vary on the size and length of the group reservation.

Can I pay by Cash or EFTPOS?

We do allow cash and EFTPOS payments, a security bond will also be charged on top of the room rate. Payments made by cash or EFTPOS must be made in advance on or prior to check in for your stay. 

How do I guarantee my booking?

Providing your credit card details for your booking prior to midday on the day of arrival is required to secure bookings for late arrivals or multiple bookings. 

How close is the motel to Parramatta station and bus interchange?
